Below are my two personal bad experiences with the Government that how they dealt the situation.
3 days ago I got a phone call from the bank of Montreal. The asked if I made a charges on my credit card of more than seven thousands dollar to google in a couple of days? I said no I did not make these charges and I asked about the phone number listed with these charges. They answered that they do not have any phone number. I searched my google ads website since I dealt with them about 2 years ago and they fraudulently charged me with hundreds of dollars and I could not delete them but I closed my account with a lot of efforts. I saw my account and it was closed with zero transaction and zero balance.
Bank of Montreal told me they will cancel my credit card and send new one. I said I have many legitimate auto charges on my credit card. They said we will stop any online transaction. I had fraudulent charges on several credit card in the past but the credit card company reversed it with no problem. I complained about the bank of Montreal and got a phone call. I found out that they did not reverse the 7 thousand plus charges with google. I called the police department but they said that is not a police matter and did nothing. I complained to the Ombudsman and I am still waiting. It is a corrupt bank and worse police, Please contact me if you had a similar problem at ss@verizon.net. I have few websites hosted by host-gator in Huston Texas. Just for no known reason to me I found that all my websites are not working. I phone host-gator and they told me that I was infringing with a copy write for another political party and I have to remove the copy write material. I got to my website using a new username and password. I did not have the copy write material to remove. Their legal department was not accessible by the phone and they did not call me back.
I have a subscription for 2 legal plans that I pay every month for. I called the legal services plan. They told me that my subscription was cancelled for non payment. They had an auto pay for my credit card. I asked them why they did not contact me regarding that. They did not have any answer. I asked them to put me back an the plan but they said they can not do that because I was off for more than six months (it was cancelled by them 8 months ago) I said that is not a big deal but the said that was their roles and had to follow it).
I had another service with Legal shield so I called them to send a letter to my hosting company. I was transferred to a lawyer from hell. He refused to write a letter for me or give me a legal advise since he is not retained. I complained to the head office but they would not give me another lawyer. The lawyer from hill gave me the contact information for another lawyer who will charge me by the hour with a very slight discount. With the crazy lawyers charges by the hour it was not a good solution. I did not know how I was infringing of the copy write. I called the host gator owner that resulted in a phone call. I tried to answer the phone but it disconnected. I had tow lines from Chtr but since the covid 19 they keep disconcerting. I called Chtr about the problems with the phones which I complained about but they could not fix. One week in this nightmare and my websites worked again. After that I kept emails demanding that I must remove the copywrite materials which I do not know what it is? Please contact me if you have any problem at ss@verizon.net
